Kompania Leśna as the Exclusive Distributor of a Leading Global Brand for Biomass Management and Recycling Machinery
Autumn brings an intense workload to public spaces, generating vast amounts of diverse waste. Municipal companies, recycling centers, and road and green area maintenance crews must tackle these challenges head-on to ensure the safety and aesthetic appeal of community spaces. In this context, the Green-Tec™ (TEREX) brand enters the Polish market, offering advanced technical solutions with high performance and versatility to streamline these demanding operations. Kompania Leśna, as the exclusive distributor, is introducing these machines—a major milestone for the domestic municipal sector, providing access to proven technologies that have already gained acclaim in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.
Global Experience, Local Partner
Green-Tec is the newest brand in the portfolio of TEREX—a global manufacturer with over 90 years of experience in creating solutions for industry, energy, and waste management. Driven by a core philosophy of safety, innovation, and sustainable development, TEREX established Green-Tec as a dedicated lineup of machinery specializing in tree care, biomass processing, and the management of organic and municipal waste.
In Poland, the brand is represented by Kompania Leśna (Forestry Company), a highly regarded name in the forestry sector. With years of experience in sales, service, and technical support, they provide nationwide assistance to their clients. Operating out of branches in Skierniewice, Zamość, and Wałbrzych, they guarantee rapid access to spare parts, mobile service teams, and expert technical advice.
Green-Tec equipment does not just address immediate greenery maintenance and recycling needs; it sets new industry benchmarks for operational efficiency and worker safety. These modern machines come equipped with TEREX T-Link telematics systems as standard. This technology enables remote monitoring of machine status, fuel consumption, real-time location, and operational parameters. By feeding this data directly to fleet managers and service technicians, the system allows for proactive maintenance planning, reduced operating costs, and faster diagnostic troubleshooting—fully maximizing the machines' versatile potential while minimizing downtime and service overheads.

The official Polish launch of the Green-Tec brand took place during the Eko-Las exhibition. Kompania Leśna will also be presenting the machinery at the upcoming Pol-Eco fair in Poznań.
Machinery Tailor-Made for the Municipal Sector
One of the first models showcased at the Eco Las exhibition was the multi-purpose, slow-speed LS2 shredder. This machine successfully processes wood waste and tree stumps, as well as highly challenging materials such as tires, construction waste, and demolition debris. Thanks to its interchangeable shredding shafts, the LS2 can be quickly adapted to different material streams. Additionally, an integrated magnetic belt extracts metallic contaminants—a crucial feature for recycling and municipal companies.

The live demonstration of the LS2 at the Eko-Las exhibition generated immense interest among recycling companies. The machine features an intelligent protection system that detects contaminants and immediately halts operation in the event of a blockage, effectively preventing breakdowns and costly mechanical damage.
The TT5 trommel, designed to work in perfect synergy with the LS2, features a highly flexible design with a horizontal, interchangeable drum and a spiral configuration, making the separation of biomass and compost effortless. This exceptional configuration flexibility—allowing the use of different drums tailored to specific applications—ensures an efficient match for local processing needs. Furthermore, an integrated magnetic separator for metal extraction makes it an invaluable asset for waste utilization and recycling facilities.

During a visit to the TEREX factory in Northern Ireland, Kompania Leśna visited the assembly line where the tracked version of the trommel is currently being prepared for its upcoming debut at the Pol-Eco fair. For operators requiring high mobility, the optional wheeled undercarriage design facilitates effortless transport between different recycling facilities.
Great interest is also surrounding the TH3 Tree Care Handler—a highly versatile machine designed for professional tree maintenance. Equipped with a 15-meter reach and compatible with cutting, mulching, or milling attachments, it is built to handle the most demanding jobs.Key features include:Elevating & Tilting Cab: The unique cabin can tilt up to 30° and elevate up to 5.3 m, providing the operator with unparalleled visibility and safety.Minimal Disruption: It is exceptionally well-suited for working along roadways, power lines, and railway corridors, enabling rapid and safe operations without causing major traffic disruptions.All-Terrain Capability: With its compact footprint, robust four-wheel drive, and an advanced camera and lighting package, the TH3 is fully equipped to perform in any working conditions.

Thanks to its compact design and road homologation, the TH3 can operate efficiently in dense urban environments. Integration with a VOSCH grab saw enables fast, precise cutting of trees and branches in hard-to-reach locations, making it an invaluable asset for storm cleanup operations.
The MT2 tracked mulcher offers a highly comfortable cabin, excellent cooling capacity, and electronic monitoring. With a wide selection of mulching heads and high hydraulic performance, it is exceptionally well-suited for clearing vegetation around municipal infrastructure.
The comprehensive Green-Tec portfolio also features various types of biomass wood chippers, as well as compact spider lifts reaching heights of up to 26 meters, offering versatile applications across the municipal sector.
Polish Premiere and Future Plans
With a focus on continuous development and meeting the evolving needs of our customers, Green-Tec is currently testing several new machines that will soon be introduced to the Polish market. This ensures that our product range will steadily expand, giving companies in the municipal and recycling sectors access to even more specialized solutions tailored to local challenges and niche market demands.
The upcoming Pol-Eco fair in October (Hall 6, Stand 37) will provide an excellent opportunity to explore our current lineup, where we will be showcasing our shredder and trommel tandem.
Additionally, we will be hosting a Green-Tec Open Day in November, featuring live demonstrations of our machinery operating under real-world conditions. We warmly invite you to get in touch with us to learn more or to secure your invitation!
