The Green-Tec LS2 is a compact, twin-shaft, slow-speed shredder designed for maximum versatility and efficiency in processing wood, green waste, tree stumps, and construction materials. Thanks to its smart design, intuitive controls, and high torque, the LS2 is the ideal solution for forestry management, waste disposal, and recycling companies.

Key features of the LS2:

  • Twin-shaft shredding system – the slow-speed, high-torque configuration enables effective processing of logs, tree roots (including oak), stumps, and contaminated materials.
  • Modular shaft design – quick replacement of shafts and combs (approx. 60 minutes) allows the machine to be adapted to the type of material. Various shaft types dedicated to specific applications are available.
  • Magnetic belt – removes screws, nails, and other metal elements, guaranteeing clean wood material perfect for pellet or biofuel production.
  • Compact dimensions – facilitate transport and maneuvering in confined spaces.
  • Hydrostatic drive – ensures high efficiency, smooth operation, and protection against contamination.
  • Easy service access – the well-thought-out design enables quick cleaning and maintenance, minimizing downtime.

Efficiency and versatility:

  • Tree roots: approx. 12–15 tonnes/h (depending on tree species and program settings).
  • Wood waste and Euro-pallets: approx. 22–24 tonnes/h.
  • Automatic safety systems stop the shafts if the chamber becomes blocked by a stone or other unwanted material.

Intelligent machine management:

  • The standard T-Link system allows real-time monitoring of the LS2 – location, fuel consumption, and operating parameters – supporting efficient fleet management and minimizing operational costs.
